We are so confident in our employee-to-assignment matching abilities, we even offer an 8-hour guarantee with every temporary or Temp-to-Hire placement. If for any reason our employee is unable to meet the specifications outlined in your job assignment, simply notify us within the first 8-hours of their assignment. A Hire Power will promptly remove that employee and you will not be billed for their time. AHirePower must be given the opportunity to find a suitable replacement in order to apply the 8-hour guarantee.
Transition Into Temp-to-Hire
It is not uncommon for our clients to want to keep their temporary and bring them on as a permanent member of their team. No problem! A Hire Power will transfer the hours worked by our temporary towards the conversion hour commitment of our Temp-to-Hire plan!
Once an AHP Field Employee completes a pre-determined number of working hours with your company, at a prearranged bill rate, both you and the Field Employee are free to engage in an employer/employee relationship without any additional conversion fees!

Computerized Skill Evaluations
All AHP Field Employees have completed our in-depth employment application and skills inventory. A detailed interview is then conducted, evaluating the applicant’s skills, soft skills, experience, work history, employment goals, preferences, and availability. Based on the prospective employee’s skills and experience, we then administer a series of computerized skill evaluations. The following are some of the most administered evaluations, but a comprehensive list can be provided upon request.
Typing – 10-key – Alpha Numeric Data Entry – Call Center Scenarios
Microsoft Word – Microsoft Excel – Microsoft Access – Microsoft PowerPoint
A Hire Power attempts to verify employment records on all previous places of employment, for each field employee, up to a maximum of 7-years of employment history. A disclosure statement, signed by the employee, permits us to obtain references by telephone or email.
In conjunction with your organization’s background policy, per your request, A Hire Power will conduct a criminal background check on our employees as a conditional hire before they start work with your organization. The cost of a basic check is included in the bill rate.
Drug Free Work Environment
A Hire Power supports a drug free workplace. At your request, drug testing can be administered to any temporary worker for a small fee of only $50.00 per drug screen. Results are typically available within 48-hours of the testing date. An authorization, signed by the employee, permits us to release the results of this screening to you.

An arrival check is completed within the first hour of the assignment’s scheduled starting time to verify the employee’s safe and timely arrival.
Performance checks are made at regular intervals during the length of the employee’s assignment. This helps us determine if our employee is fulfilling your requirements. Daily – weekly – bi-weekly – monthly – quarterly – or no follow up at all. It is up to you how often you would like to complete these quick and easy evaluations.
Certificate of Insurance
A Hire Power protects its clients by providing proper insurance coverage, including general liability, workers’ compensation, errors and omission, and blanket bond. Certificates are available to you per your request.
Online Timecard Authorization Form
Our office is proud to offer the econnect online timecard system for our applicants and our clients. Now your supervisors can approve, or reject, timecards with just a click of a button and from anywhere in the world! You will even be able to view your invoices and their payment status online any time you want.
