Office Coordinator

AHirePower is a leading provider of Temp, Temp-to-Hire, and Career Placement opportunities with the best companies in the US.

We are currently looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator/Bookkeeping and Purchasing Assistant for an innovative, environmental testing company located in Henderson, NV. The ideal candidate will have 2 plus years of experience in office management and knowledge of bookkeeping processes.

Below are the basic responsibilities of this position as requested by our client.

 

*Find quotes and get quotes approved, for subcontractors.

*Coordinate with subcontractors and inspections.

*Stock on office supplies and take care of any issues with buildings with approval.

*Customer Service, creating Sales Orders and all the necessary paperwork to ship items.

*Format monthly Sales Spreadsheets.

*Match receipts with CC statements.

*Assist with Month End which includes closing any open orders that have been received and invoiced.

*Internal billing between locations.

*Adding and editing new part #s into inventory.

*Assist with processing checks which includes organizing invoices, getting checks signed and mailed out.

*Getting baked goods every Friday.

*Create UPS labels when needed.

*From time to time assist with booking hotels and transportation.

Skills:
– Proven experience as an Office Coordinator or similar role
– Proficient in MS Office Suite
– Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
– Strong organizational and planning skills
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Additional desirable skills/abilities:

Excellent Social Skills – The ability to collaborate with others in the office
