About A Hire Power

When I first entered the staffing industry in 1999, I had no idea it would lead to a lifelong passion for supporting conferences and events.

In 2003, I staffed my first convention, and very quickly, I saw how much the right people can impact the success of an event. Conferences and conventions rely on hundreds of moving parts, and having a dependable, professional team on the ground can make all the difference.  This sparked a passion for supporting the events industry. Just a couple of years later, in 2005, A Hire Power became the preferred provider of staffing for Visit Denver. That partnership has continued ever since, and it’s something I’m incredibly proud of.

Over the years, A Hire Power has grown alongside the conferences and events we support. Today, our team staffs more than 200 conferences and events each year, working with planners, venues, and organizations to ensure events run smoothly from start to finish.

As our clients and opportunities expanded, so did we. In 2017, we opened our Las Vegas office, bringing our approach to event staffing to one of the busiest conference destinations in the country. In 2023, we reached another exciting milestone—staffing events in all 50 states.

We are also proud to serve as the preferred staffing provider for Visit Aurora, continuing our commitment to supporting the convention and tourism industry.

What started as a career in staffing has grown into something much bigger. Through it all, the goal has remained the same: providing reliable, professional staff who help create successful, memorable events.
